Cooking Thursday–Mexican Chicken (crock pot)

Joining Sandra today for Cooking Thursday:
Who doesn’t love coming home to a crock meal on a busy day (or just not having to worry about dinner on a day at home?!).

At my house today, in about 6-7 hours, we’ll be having
CrOcK pOt MeXiCaN cHiCkEn
3-4 chicken breasts
1 packet taco seasoning
1 – 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth (or stock)
I added a dash of cumin and chili powder, just because
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.  Shred chicken and use on warm tortillas.   Top with your favorite taco toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, olives, etc…..

Sounds tasty!
You could throw some sliced peppers and onions in there and call it fajitas : )
