Today she woke up particularly happy - she spent a lot of the morning just doing her exercises, which consist of kicking her legs a lot. I admire how she can hold her legs up in the air like this - for long periods of time - and I love those little feet sticking out from her sleeper!
Miriam is so much more interactive these days ... she "talks" a lot and is just about on the verge of bursting forth in laughter. She is quite smiley - and she charms those who catch her in a good mood by giving out the biggest grins. :)
Her grasping agility is improving as well. She got this wooden, beaded pacifier holder from my mother - who got it while she was in Germany this past month. She sent us 2 boxes of goodies- to include lots of GERMAN CHOCOLATE!!! Yum.
Today Miriam was called a "sweet boy" by a stranger for the first time - probably because she was wearing blue ... but she smiled at the person politely anyway ... she has impeccable manners for being only 16 weeks old.
