Perhaps I was pushing it ... not too many people seemed to agree with me. In any case, here I go again!! I will preface this one by saying, I know I say we don't watch much TV around here (and really, we don't - there are very few, if any, network television shows that appeal to me - and I tend to keep my TV on Food Network during the day). Well, I do like "Law and Order - Criminal Intent" - so much so that my husband found Season 2 on DVD at a yard sale last year & got it for me!! On the USA network, they have L&O-CI marathons which I watch occasionally during the day - and my favorite characters are Detective Mike Logan & Detective Robert "Bobby" Goren. TONIGHT on USA, we must say "goodbye" to Bobby Goren as I guess he's leaving Law & Order - and it is one of the few times I will actually plan ahead to watch TV.
As actor Vincent D'Onofrio has aged, he's filled out, gotten grayer, and somehow endeared himself to me even more (not like a teeny bopper crush, but more that he has "matured" & I've liked how his character has developed). He recently has been reminding me of someone ... and it took me a few days to figure it out - but now I got it: Det. Bobby Goren reminds me of ....
MY HUSBAND!! (who is, of course, way more handsome!). 
The funny thing is Dan came home the other day and told me that one of the school parents told him that he reminded them of some detective on Law & Order ... Bobby ... Bobby Somebody. I said, "OH! Bobby Goren." "Yes, yes, that's exactly who it is." Ha, someone agrees with me! What do you think?!

Love it! lol Bobby is my favorite character. I haven't really watched it in a while I do watch the reruns, etc.
I don't watch that show...but I'll agree there is some resemblance! Now you KNOW why you like that character so much! :)
Don't know anything about Bobby Goren or Vincent D'O..., but I'd say your DH does look like him. Glad you LIKE his L&O look-alike =)
