First - I have to say: "This is a Mama Buzz review. The product was provided by author Lisa Cottrell-Bentley and Wright on Time Books for this review."

This book is written by Lisa Cottrell-Bentley and adorably illustrated by Tanja Bauerle. The cost of the book is $12.99. You can check it out here: Wright on Time Books or on Amazon.
Ok, now that the necessary information is out there ... here's what I thought of this book.
Wright On Time - Book 1 - Arizona was a FUN book to read - even though it was geared toward 5-12 year olds. It is about a home-schooling family who is living in an RV and having great adventures along the way. The book doesn't necessarily have a "Christian" bent but the characters are are very moral, family-values-oriented.
Not only is the book about a family adventure/mystery, there are so many fun facts throughout the book - very educational! In the back of the book, there is a Glossary to refer to as well. It can definitely be used as a fun, home-school resource as well as a supplemental resource for any school children.
At the end of the book, you are left wanting more, especially since there is one little teaser of a mystery yet to solve! And Book 2 is supposed to be out in the Fall of 2009 - and the family moves on to adventures in Utah.
The author of this series is very open to interaction. She has a blog where one can play games, enter contests, learn more educational facts, and correspond with Lisa Cottrell-Bentley. I am very impressed with her passion for children, education, and getting to know her readers. She signed my book personally - and I can just sense she is very proud of her work and is excited to share this series with her readers. And I am excited to share my review with you.
