Goulash with Vegetables
(from Fix It & Forget It Lightly)


1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 med. size onion, chopped
14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes
16 oz can kidney beans, drained
1/2 cup green bell peppers, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp sugar
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp black pepper
Brown meat, onion, and garlic in a skillet over medium heat.
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover. Cook on low 5-6 hours.
Serve over or with mashed potatoes.
